Christmas 2021

Fr Ben and Fr Andy would like to thank everyone for their kind Christmas greetings, cards and gifts.

We wish you all a very happy Christmas and we trust that 2022 will bring us all contentment and enrichment in our Christian Faith.

Our Christmas morning Service will be an All-Age Eucharist for Christmas Day, at 11am on 25th December.

All are welcome!

A Christmas Prayer for Refugees

As we go home for Christmas to celebrate the birth of our Saviour, let us pause and pray for refugees around the world.

Lord Jesus Christ, our hope and salvation, have mercy on those that are driven from their homelands and seek refuge elsewhere. Guide their steps and keep them from every danger, evil and disaster as they flee from war, unrest, persecution and cruel injustice. Grant rest and succour to those who are weary, wounded and unprotected.

And to those cities and lands to which they travel, grant peace, wisdom, and compassion to receive them. Enlarge the hearts of those in Government to create havens of rest and relief to those in need and to respect and strengthen International Law to protect the rights of refugees throughout the world.

Amen.
